About Us Lynne Pierpoint, the creator of stripyties.co.uk, began making straight- squared ended retro-style, kind of 60’s look about them, ties way back for Peter, her husband. The striped materials lend themselves to this format. The catalogue has recently extended into plain ties.Peter was obliged to wear a tie for work and the ties were a little less formal but a lot more eye catching. You wear them and then you wash them. They are very hard wearing. The ties have sold all over the UK but also in Australia, Russia and the USA. Lynne has supplied ties for companies to use as presents for visiting guests.
